Florida buyers: a 7% sales tax applies. If you are a reseller please fax your Tax Certificate to 904-730-9525; put your order number on the bottom and you will be credited the tax on your card. The item must be for resale in order to not be taxed.

Fixed shipping rates displayed are for the lower 48 states only.. Please call for shipping to any other location.

Products usually ship one to two days after payment. If you have a rush order, please call to request fast shipping.

International Orders must first be approved, please send us an email for a request. We don't ship to Indonesia or Nigeria unless payment is made by wire transfer. (no exceptions)
We track IP addresses to help prevent fraud, so we know where you are ordering from.

All new items have the manufacturers warranty. Used items will be clearly labeled and have a 30 day warranty.

There is a $50 charge for any bounced or canceled checks and canceled credit card authorizations! The purchaser is responsible for all collection charges involved with collecting on bad or cancelled credit cards and checks.

Return Policy
You have 10 days from the invoice date to return an item.

There is a 25% or $10 restocking fee (whichever is greater) on all returned items. Shipping is never included on a refund.
All returned items must be in the original condition (new packaging, unused, no writing on box) You must have your order number before an RMA will be issued.
An RMA has to be issued before a return will be processed. ALL RMAs requests should be emailed to sales@intellesale.com .
All refused packages will get the standard restocking fee and be treated as an Return for credit, we incur shipping back as well which will also be charged. Customer is responsible for the shipping and the cost of shipping items back to us on all returns, repairs, exchanges. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure a return is packed correctly and insured for safe return to us. We won't cover under warranty any repairs for damages incurred during shipping. Please allow 30 days for credits to be processed.

Limitation of Liability:
Prine Systems, Inc. does not accept liability for any damages including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, loss of business, loss of data, loss of software or the provision of services and support. Prine Systems, Inc. will not be liable for any consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or any claim by any third party. You agree that for any liability related to the purchase of product, Prine Systems, Inc is not liable or responsible for any damages above the amount invoiced by Prine Systems, Inc. for the said product or service.

Claims: If Customer makes any claims against Prine Systems, Inc., Customer agrees that the venue for such claims will be in the Duval County, Jackcksonville, FL, USA.
